Sharp cramps 6 days BEFORE ovulation? - what type of cm is normal before menstrual

If a woman went through a similar, perhaps shedding some light on my situation.

Here we go:
My LMP was 7 September and finishes 10th September (4 days total) with an average flow rate). I'm used to a very difficult weeks. I hate it, I killed a box of super plus tampons as usual. (TMI. .. I know).
In any case, because I had cramps, headaches and very stable gas. I think I'll get my period, when in fact I'm still 6 days before ovulation. Last night when I wiped I had a substantial assistance that was slightly pink (4-5 days after my expired). I alllll day at school today and I had stabbing pains stabbing. I felt very weak and experienced waves of nausea. I mean, literally the mouth to think of me ... Am I really sick in the middle of the conference, lol. So I ask, is it normal to have so much pain for 5-6 days before ovulation. My CM is relatively low, with the exception of last night.
